The Philippine Consulate General in Seattle is pleased to announce the soft opening of its consular operations.
Beginning 08 July 2026, Filipino nationals residing in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska may book appointments for services commencing 14 July 2026 for the following consular services:
- Acknowledgments and Notarial Services (e.g., Special Power of Attorney, Affidavits, and related documents)
- Dual Citizenship
Civil Registry Services
Applications for Civil Registry services (e.g., Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, and Report of Death) will be accepted by mail only and should be sent to:

Other Consular Services
Passport services and other consular services not listed above are not yet available and will commence once the installation of information and communications technology (ICT) equipment has been completed and additional personnel have been deployed.

During the soft opening period, the Consulate will operate at limited capacity. Additional appointment slots and consular services will be gradually made available as the Consulate transitions to full operations.
